Create a Reservation

Before you can create a reservation, you must check availability of the resources.  To do this:

  1. Enter the required information:
    • Property – Select the Property where the Meeting will be held
    • Resource Type – Resource Type will default but can be changed by the user
    • Reservation Date and Time – Select the desired reservation date /time start
    • Duration – Select the reservation duration in hours and minutes
    • # of Attendees – the maximum number of attendees (entering 0 will return all results)
  2. Select Search.

    All the applicable Alias and Actual resources will be displayed.

From the list of available resources, select the appropriate item to reserve by:

  1. Enter the Reservation Description.
  2. If you are a guest user, enter the following information:

    • First Name and Last Name
    • Company Name
    • EMail Address
    • Phone Number
    • Fax Number

    For full users, this information is pulled from your user profile. You can click your name to modify any of this information.

  3. Click Add Services to view and add additional resources. 

  4. Click OK to view the Reservation Summary.

  5. Click RESERVE.

    A dialog box opens asking you to confirm your choice.

  6. Click OK.

    A confirmation page opens with a reservation request ID automatically assigned. You can also upload a document to the reservation by clicking Browse to locate a file and then clicking UPLOAD FILE.

Create a Work Order from a Reservation

You can create a work order and associate it with a reservation resource or service.

To create a work order:

  1. Open an existing reservation.

  2. In the Reservation Details pane, click the Create Request link next to a resource or service.

    The Create Request page opens.
